How to contact us by phone or email
Call us at (973) 200-2424 to book a visit, ask a question or verify your insurance plan. You can also email hsroseland@healthsourcechiro.com with general questions about directions, hours or booking. Dr. Jenna Patel, D.C., is the owner and treating chiropractor here. She speaks English, Hindi and Gujarati, so at your visit you can talk with her in the language you prefer.
Please keep health details out of email
Email works well for simple requests. However, please do not email symptoms, test results, insurance ID numbers or other private health details. Regular email is not a secure way to share that kind of information. Instead, call us, or bring those details to your visit so Dr. Patel can go over them with you in person.
If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not wait for a reply by email.
Office hours
We are open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 AM to 12 PM and again from 2 PM to 6 PM. On Tuesday, we are open from 2 PM to 6 PM only. Friday is mornings only, from 9 AM to 12 PM. The office is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Directions to our office on Eisenhower Parkway
You will find us at 12 Eisenhower Parkway, Suite 1, Roseland, NJ 07068, inside the Downtowne At Roseland complex. For turn-by-turn directions from your home or office, open our location on Google Maps.
We are close to several towns, including Livingston, West Caldwell, Caldwell, Essex Fells, East Hanover and Florham Park. From any of them, our Google Maps link above shows the best route. If you work in one of the offices along Eisenhower Parkway, you are already close by. Our morning hours, plus afternoon hours until 6 PM Monday through Thursday, may make it easier to fit a visit around your workday.
