Welcome to the chiropractic blog from HealthSource Chiropractic of Roseland. Here we share plain, calm answers about pain, injuries and everyday habits. Dr. Jenna Patel, D.C., is the owner and treating chiropractor at our office on Eisenhower Parkway.

What you will find on our chiropractic blog
Our articles cover common problems such as sciatica, back pain, neck pain and headaches. We also write about sports, work and car accident injuries. Other posts explain the care we offer, for example adjustments, laser therapy and spinal decompression. In addition, you will find ideas on sleep, nutrition and staying active when you sit at a desk all day.
Who writes the chiropractic blog
We write each post here at the practice, for adults in Roseland and nearby towns who want clear answers without hype. Dr. Patel looks for the source of a problem, not only the symptoms. So our articles focus on how you sit, lift, sleep and move, and on what care may help.
How often we post
New articles go up when we have something useful to share. We do not follow a set schedule, so check back from time to time. Meanwhile, the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health has a neutral guide to chiropractic care that is worth a read.
Where to start
If you are new here, these pages answer the most common questions:
- Our list of conditions we treat gives a short note on each problem Dr. Patel sees.
- Each type of care is explained on the chiropractic services page.
- Short answers about visits, cost and safety are on our chiropractic questions page.
A note on health information
Every post on our chiropractic blog is general education, not a diagnosis. Because each body is different, Dr. Patel evaluates you before she suggests any care. However, some symptoms need a medical doctor right away. Go to the ER for sudden, severe pain, new weakness or loss of bladder or bowel control.
When you are ready to talk about your own pain, you can book online or call (973) 200-2424.

Ready to feel better?
Book online or call us, and we will explain your exam findings and your care plan before any care starts.
